Information for delegates to the International Youth Conference
in Auroville 21 – 28 th February 2005

All meals (vegetarian), lodgings and transport to, from and within Auroville will be provided for you throughout the conference.

You will also receive a pack when you arrive with general information about Auroville and the conference.

Registration desk at Bharat Nivas will be open on Monday 21 st from 10.30am – 12.30pm and 1.30pm – 3.30pm. Please come and register during these timings. If you come in the morning you will also be given a voucher for lunch and there will be a place to hang out nearby and meet other delegates. This will be followed by an opening ceremony at 4pm.

A few things that you will find useful to have with you here – please bring along:

We would also invite you to bring something from your home that expresses something special about your culture or religion that you may like to share with other delegates. On one evening, there will be an event that we invite creative inputs such as songs, dance, and theatre pieces. Let us know at registration if you have something to contribute.
