SUPPORT THE GENERAL PROCESS
The budget of the first phase for 17
apartments with infrastructure is estimated to 425,000 USD (Value April 2008). About 65% are for the cost of the apartments,
~10 % are for the common services spaces and ~25% are for the
infrastructure. People contribute to the project on a common account,
according to their means. Funds are already available to start producing the
materials. But people can participate up to a maximum of 110,000 USD. Fund
raising is a priority as individual’s contribution covers only ~25 % of the
total project cost.
